Additional Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why did I see a shuttle van go to the front of the ferry line?
A: All airport shuttles, that travel on the ferries in Washington, get priority loading.

Q: Why do shuttles get to do that?
A: Because, regulation-wise, we have more in-common with an access van than a limo, or taxi or Uber driver. We also pay more fees and more insurance and have more inspections. It's a trade-off.

Q: Are you still in-business?
A: Yes. Perhaps you're hinting that you would like to be called back quickly? We usually return all calls left after 5 p.m. the following business day.

Q: What is the difference between "hours of operation" and "office hours"?
A: "Hours of operation" means "When do you do airport shuttles?" and "office hours" means "When is somebody in the office to answer my email or talk to me on the     phone?"

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our shuttle operates between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. but it is by reservation, we don't run like a bus. You, our passengers, "set" the schedule based on who calls first.

Q: What are your office hours?
A: We don't have set office hours but we will return all calls made before 5 p.m. on the same day and return all calls made after 5 p.m. by 5 p.m. the next business day.
