Reservation Limitations & Policies

Paying by credit or debit card 

We do not accept debit or credit card payment on day of service.

Up to three days in advance you can call into our office  pay over the phone.  
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 
Monday through Friday

Or you can request to pay online up to three days in advance and receive a link with instructions. 

Otherwise we will accept exact change cash (drivers carry no change) or check as payment on day of service. 
Full payment is due no later than time of service. 

Please be advised there is a 4% fee for all credit or debit card payment

Ticket Limitations, Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Ticket Limitations

One-way and round-trip tickets will be good for one year from the date of sale.
 A single administrative fee of $1.50 per person per leg will be charged for customer requested changes made less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled departure time. 

 Administrative fees are deducted from ticket refunds. 


Changes are not allowed after the scheduled departure time of the reservation.
Reservations may not be changed to a date more than 365 days from the date of the original reservation


Customers who fail to show up by the scheduled departure time of their reservation at the designated pick-up point or who have not canceled or changed their reservation at least 24 hours prior to that time are not eligible for a refund. 
Customer who call 24 hours in advance will be given a refund of their reservation cost minus a $10.00 per person processing fee.


Refunds will be made if the cancellation or change was caused by an airline delay or cancellation. 
Refunds may be granted by the company due to other extenuating circumstances, please contact us.
